Twitter less, turn off the computer, let your imagination flow and just add water. At LarryPOST, our mission is to keep creativity alive. Whether you choose to do it by surprising someone in the post or simply by getting back to basics with some creative tools – the choice is yours. All it takes to free the mind is to step back, enjoy the moment and let whatever happens….happen. Water bomb fights are a bit like that…they normally start quite subtly, a bomb here or there but can quickly grow into full scale water warfare…the mind free and flowing, thinking of the next best way to saturate your enemy. Let your creative juices flow – step back, turn off and just do. Now that’s Very Larry.
Well here they are folks. The much anticipated MOLESKINE LEGO notebooks. Lets first take a look at the images….
Perhaps the first thing we should say is that the minifigures do not come with the notebooks…you will have to buy those separately. What does come with the notebooks is a low profile rectangular brick attached to the front of the notebook allowing you to build your creation during those quiet moments in the staff meeting. There are four notebooks in the range (plain and ruled in pocket and large size) with every notebook having a different debossing design on the front. For the inside, a range of LEGO inspired labels and LEGO man stickers allow you to play with the theme throughout the book.
The LEGO MOLESKINE follows on from the very popular collaborations with STAR WARS and The little Prince and this one doesn’t disappoint. But is it for the kids or for the big kids at heart? Probably both. If you are like me you may find yourself “borrowing” LEGO figures and blocks from your 9 year old sons collection. As the LEGO MOLESKINE is based on the the classic hardcover notebook, the result is very trustworthy. Perhaps the only drawback is that you will need to rebuild every time you reopen your book.
Well worth adding to your MOLESKINE or LEGO collection. Check out the range here

Just released and available now at LarryPOST.com.au is the new range of MOLESKINE bags, glasses, rollerball pens and pencils. This range has been greatly anticipated and now the products have landed in Australia it is easy to see why. Here we will take a closer look at the bag range which includes 8 bags and cases across a range of styles and functionality. Fist though let’s enjoy another classic MOLESKINE video creation showing off the range.
So lets start with a list of the range in price order from highest.
Look and Feel
First glance…these are nice bags and don’t we know first impressions count! It is very easy to find yourself saying which model am I going to own. Emotions aside…lets get technical and look at how well they are made.
The bags fall into two categories in terms of materials used. The Utility, back pack, messenger, reporter, tote and laptop cases are made of what many call a faux leather. A Matt (more semi-gloss than matt) black polyurethane backed by a woven felt like material in an off white colour much akin to the classic notepad paper colour. Now remember, these are very well priced bags considering the great finish and if they were leather they would be three or four times the price. The finish is smooth and soft to touch and the lining is well finished contrasting beautifully against the black outer. A noticeable feature is the harder base used on these models which has been used to not only give the bags strength and durability but also to help then stand up (the laptop case has no hard base).
The storage panel and multipurpose cases are made from a hard wearing polyester fabric and are made for function rather than look. They are designed to be inserted into the bags and velcro patches on the back allow them to neatly attach to the inside of the bags. Essentially, these are very useful compartments that you can add to your bag but can also remove and take with you if you want to leave your larger bag at home. So, overall we feel the finish is on these bags is excellent. The biggest challenge might just be deciding between which bag to buy…and that’s up to you.
It is very human to write…always will be. That’s why we love it when people recognise that humans are after all just human. The guys at the Human agency recognize this and have been surprised in a human way today by LarryPOST.
